1/3cupminced fresh flat leaf parsleyabout one smaller bunch
2tablespoonsminced fresh oregano leaves
1small shallotvery finely minced
2garlic clovesgrated
1/4teaspooncrushed red pepper flakes
kosher salt & freshly cracked black pepper
Instructions
Combine the parsley, oregano, shallot, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl. Pour in the olive oil and the red wine vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Stir well and keep at room temperature until you’re ready to serve.
Notes
This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled. Store in an airtight glass container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
